With her gifts of empathy and energy sensitivity, Dana Theresa’s own healing journey inspired her to become a guide and mentor for others.
From a bedside nurse working in hospitals around the United States,, to public health advocate and field nurse supervisor working in Uganda with Doctors Without Borders, to becoming the CEO and founder of her own holistic healing practice in Vail, Colorado, Dana Theresa’s work unites both Western and Eastern models of health and wellness.
Dana is a Board-certified holistic nurse with a Master’s degree in Public Health. She is a Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher, Akashic Records Practitioner, Shamanic Healer, and Metaphysical Mentor. Her yoga practice and the style she teaches is Integrated Vinyasa with a strong focus on the lunar arts of yoga such as restorative and yin yoga. All of the healing modalities Dana uses have a very special place in her heart. Each one has catalyzed immense healing and energetic shifts for her on her life’s path. The work she focuses on now is a special blend of all these modalities which she calls the process of Soul Integration which guides others back to their true essence, passion, and purpose. This work is not merely a technique. This is how Dana lives her life.
With the mountains of Colorado as her home, Dana loves to ski powder, bike tour, rock climb, connect deeply to nature, and travel all over this beautiful planet.

Inner-Truth Awakening Session $375

This session is for first-time clients.
Here is your intro to soul-level transformative energy work. This session will support you in clarifying your energetic system, facilitating deep levels of inner-connection, and promoting body, mind, and soul healing.
Through an Akashic Records reading and hands-on Reiki, you will be guided to self-discovery, healing, and transformation, empowering you to shine your light even brighter. This is truly a next-level healing experience!
The Soul Integration Experience- $1200
4 sessions
75 minutes each session
The journey back to your authentic self awaits! Through this four session program, Dana will guide you beyond the surface level to facilitate profound and long-lasting healing. Through this process you will feel supported, connected, and curious to explore the different and unique facers of your being. Each 75-minute session includes:
*Guided meditation and simple breath work
*Akashic insight, Reiki, and intuitive guidance
*Shamanic energy healing techniques are implemented if appropriate. These may include energetic cord removal, energy field cleansing, past life karmic release, and soul retrieval.

Akashic Records Reading- $300

The word akasha means “ether” or “space”. The Akashic Records are the energetic imprint of every soul’s journey. This is a form of intuitive reading and healing that offers a universal view of your life and all that is connected to you. In this session Dana combines Akashic insight with Reiki and shamanic healing techniques.
Reiki- $300

Reiki means “universal life force energy”. It is a gentle touch therapy and a form of ancient Japanese energy healing. The flow of healing organic energy is channeled into the receiver’s body. Reiki can decrease stress and anxiety, reduce pain, promote balance and well-being, and relieve insomnia. Energetic feedback received during the session will be shared along with holistic healing guidance
